I was browsing through the beauty shelves of my local CVS and suddenly I see a Revlon display hidden in the corner. I had heard so much about this particular nail color that I had to grab one. Yes, it is none other than "Perplex".
The formula is runny. I have never owned a Revlon nail enamel before so I dont know if it is typical of Revlon colors to be this runny. However, the results were pretty good after two coats and some re-dos.

Some people are calling it a dupe for Chanel Paradoxal. I dont own that so I dont know but it is an amazing color. The multi-dimensional color that we see in the bottle does translate to the nails.
Overall, it is a great buy for $4.99.
